As Nairobi’s hottest funk soul band The Beathogs play groovy dance funk soul grooves featuring the soulful vocals of Denise Gordon and Linda, a toe-tapping horn section, fat back drums of Andy Salmon, funky percussion hits by Obuya, bountiful bass undertones of Wim Eising, crazy keys of Jazz the Mazz and wicked guitar licks of Jaime “Benfica” Fernandes. They are known for their big numbers and big sounds; happy music and dancing philosophy, and can be found live at the Tree House.
