Just a Band is a Kenyan house/funk/disco band whose career was launched with their debut album, scratch to reveal, in 2008. Their music has explored various musical directions such as, but not limited to jazz, hip-hop, disco and electronica.

B: Kenyan food.

M: Bibi (wifey).

Favorite Kenyan meal?

B: Ugali-samaki (fish stew with ugali).

M: Pilau! Wait Kenyan pilau.

Favorite fashion item?

B: Hats.

M: Sneakers.

What is missing in our Kenyan music?

B: Just more love from the fans and audience. Uganda and Tanzania go all out for their stars. We need more of that here.

M: Nothing really. Wait, I agree with Bill, more love from the audience.
