Blogger-Share: ‘Floral Party’ by Lucia Musau
Also known as the Kenyan Fashionado, Lucia Musau is without a doubt one of Kenya’s leading fashion bloggers. With every new trend energing on the fashion scene, you can rest assured that she will always be there to show you how to wear it. In her own words, she says “I believe fashion is a way of expression. How we dress acts as a way of communication without words.” This specific post showcases the trend of flowered apparel won both by men and women. Oh yes, men too are included and it definitely looks chic.
Floral Party
Like Ralph Waldo Emerson once said ‘unless you try to do something beyond what you have already mastered you will never grow’ so today I’m stepping out of my comfort zone and trying out some new things which I can’t really say that have mastered. Full skirts and floral’s have just never been my thing but then again what would blogging be without taking some risks. So today allow me to venture into these unfamiliar grounds as I share with you an outfit that you would easily rock to a tea party.
Remember that if you are not as bold to try out floral’s on yourself, Babyshop offers a great variety of floral outfits for your baby. In this way you get a chance to play around with this trend up until you have the courage to try out something else. Check out what’s on offer at Babyshop here #BabyShopTrends
Olav and I went all floral at the beautiful Zen Garden as we attended a private event and in as much as I was quite unsure of how this ensemble would turn out I might just try out some more in the future…PS if there is something I really liked about this outfit was the texture of both the skirt and the top…shame the textures can’t be captured on camera
