IMAX Kenya To Open New Cinema, Anga Sky at Panari Hotel
Film meets fashion! It was a cordial cocktail party as IMAX Kenya teamed with Kenya Fashion Awards for the launch of the Kenya Fashion Awards 2015 and the press release announcement of IMAX Kenya’s grand opening of new cinema hall, Anga Sky at The Panari Hotel.
Opening the festivities, Ms.Pancy Maina, Arfa Afra Ltd marketing manager noted, “We are opening our new cinema hall Anga Sky here at Panari, with the premier of Avengers on May 1st.”
Held on Wednesday 22nd evening at Panari Sky Centre, the event saw media, fashion bigwigs and corporate sponsors join IMAX Kenya for the official press release announcement of the new cinema hall.
With a growing thirst for cinema and 3D movie experience in Kenya, Arfa Arfa Ltd, the company with the IMAX franchise in Kenya is setting its eyes on expanding even further to other towns and cities as echoed by Ms Maina. Movie lovers and IMAX enthusiast will enjoy an array of great entertainment services with the opening of Anga Sky. Kicking the off will the premier of Avengers: Age of Ultron 2015 film. The Avengers series has had quite a successful stint and great hits with many Kenyan film lovers.
The storyline kicks off when Tony Stark tries to jump start a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance.
