Neyma collabos with Kenya’s Rabbit and Nigerian femcee Eva Alordiah

We know Rabbit King Kaka, the King of collabos! Well, he recently met his match in a beautiful lady singer from Mozambique.

Top Marrabenta Star from Mozambique Neyma, who is in Kenya, courtesy of Coke Studio Africa, is the Queen, of collabos! Since her arrival, she’s been on a collabo spree, already hitting the studio with King Kaka a.k.a Kenya’s King of Collabos.

The two are set to release a new set of songs in mash-up style. Continuing with his international collaboration steak, Rabbit has also collaborated with international artiste Wyclef Jean and African stars like South African rapper Double HP. Rabbit and Neyma have now mashed up genres from Kenya and Mozambique to create some super cool sound.

Speaking about the Kenyan-Mozambican collabo, Neyma’s manager Craig Young confirmed that Neyma and Rabbit have worked on two songs together with a “similar style to Coke Studio Africa’s new mash-ups format. Rabbit did his thing in a Neyma track with the Marrabenta style and she jumped on a Rabbit jam.”

And still sticking to the Mozambican star, the coming together of Neyma and Nigerian femcee Eva Alordiah, also currently in Kenya (recording the new season of Coke Studio Africa) will be pure shuga!

The two apparently hit it off instantly, spending hours in the studio and even more hours filming a music video shot by Kenyan renown director Enos Olik.

Neyma is said to also be eyeing a major collaboration with yet another Nigerian act: Olamide. Looks like this will be a good year for Neyma, the queen of collabos!

Coke Studio Africa cuts across the countries of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Nigeria and Mozambique. New season has selected more than 20 of the best African stars to flaunt the power of music and collabos. The show will be premiering on TV in a few months.
