Viral Wednesday: Verse5ve’s 5veCypher

Verse5ve dropped the much anticipated 5veCypher and we got our hands on it!

5veCypher is the new video that has put the talent of Gospel hip hop rappers in Nairobi at another level. Picture what would happen if you got a bunch of talented rappers together to make one dope, long song? Not a freestyle, not a cypher, not a rapper rapping so long you’d get bored. It would be sick, right?

The 5veCypher is that kind of sick. It is not your average cypher of artists going back and forth. Deejay Sanch is on the decks once more and production comes from Awesome Media, with Johnson Juma working on the graphics.

The video cypher released on Verse5ve YouTube page features UrbanLight’s Kamlesh, TheP31Project’s Corinne, SoReal and Ungem’s Finest Stone light.

Shot on the Fifth edition of our quarterly events (#5at5ve), the clip celebrates one year of urban events with a new addition to the Verse5ve catalog. Check out what these talented emcees did to the monster tracks.

The video’s graphics music bed is by Cliché and the host of the cypher is Kibunja aka MC Chachboy. Verse5ve is an urban events happening every quarterly, hosted by Djs and artists showcasing the best in the urban gospel scene.
