Unforgettable Goethe Rooftop Party

Last Saturday (8th March 3014), The Mall’s Roof Top was transformed into a killer party zone, thanks to Nairobi’s second phase of TEN CITIES music project. The party/concert saw Kenyan female artists: Fena and Wangechi perform in front of the monstrous crowd. The DJs who were tasked with entertaining the crowd throughout the night was Afrologic (Lagos), Trust The DJ (Johannesburg), Satelite (Lunda) and Just A Band (Kenya).

From the stylish people at the event, hipsters, a big chunk of Nairobi’s expat community and curious party goers, the party was crazy; ending in the wee (after 4:00 a.m.) hours of the morning. The major turn out saw Goethe, the organizers, shut the doors at about 11:00 p.m. Saturday night as the venue was already packed to capacity.
