International music and fashion idol David Bowie died on Sunday 10th January at his London home. The star died peacefully after a courageous 18 month battle with cancer. two days after his 69th birthday and the release of his latest album, Blackstar. As the world comes to term with the untimely death of Ziggy Stardust, they can still enjoy the icon’s great musical talent, seen with the release of the video for Lazarus, one of the songs in the recently released album.

Pete Ouko is an inmate at Kamiti prison, Nairobi, and the first Kenyan prisoner to achieve a Diploma in Law from the University of London. He was convicted in 2001 of the murder of his wife. He is one of the founders of Crime Si Poa, an anti-crime advocacy group, and spoke at TEDxKamitiPrison in 2015.
