Sawa Sawa Festival

This year’s edition of Sawa Sawa Festival is themed “Kenya at 50” and will start at 10:00 a.m – 6:00 p.m at The Arboretum Gardens. There will be two stages. One the main stage celebrated artists from all over East Africa including: Kidum, Sarabi, Dela, Jacky Chandiru (Uganda) Slum Drummers, Sarakasi Allstars (acrobats and dancers), Ras Kayaga (Rwanda) among others will be presented. Live music mixes will also be catered for thanks to DJ Joe Mfalme, DJ Space and All Star DJs. Entrance is free. Mcees will be media personalities: Anyiko Owoko and Anto neo soul. Don’t miss the festival with a unique African identity.
