Hosted by Njeri and Marcus Olang. Stories Of Courage features ordinary people who continue to live courageous lives, and are therefore living their legacy. Each ticket covers a full brunch platter for you, and part of the proceeds from the event go to the Endometriosis Foundation of Kenya.

Perspective- Wrap Party/Finissage
This Wrap Party is the finissage of Just A Band’s third video art exhibition, PERSPECTIVE. The exhibition is focused on stories told through the first person narrative. The Wrap Party wants to celebrate the exhibition as well as the work of Just A Band in general. This is one of the very last chances to see Just A Band live before they take a break.

A Study of Rabai and Freretown Slave Settlements By Joe Khamisi. The Wretched Africans peels off what is beneath the Arab slave trade, unravels the racism and abuse meted against Africans by European explorers and missionaries, and lays bare the heroism and resilience of the African captives. The book will be launched in the form of a moderated panel discussion with Joe Khamisi, Dr. Mshai Mwangola, Edgar Manasseh and Khainga O’Okwemba.

Kiota brings Nairobi’s most ingenious and original creatives together monthly for a night of creative expression. Each artist shares their thoughts, stories and music on a given theme. The theme in this edition is Msafiri and the artists sharing their interpretations are: Achieng Otieno, Ciano Maimba, Wambvi & Monaja.

Champagne Rally Park in Kipeto, Kajiado County and Bundu Rovers Club have partnered to create the Champagne 4×4 Challenge every two months this year. This event allows both experts and beginners to take part in various obstacles that allow them to develop their technical skills and gain knowledge of their vehicles. Top performers in each category receive prizes after the event. ‘Champagne 4×4 Challenge’ also features a 4×4 training session, camping, food and music and a rally village for exhibition. Anyone with a standard 4×4 and off-road experience can take part in the competition. Entry is possible for each leg separately or for the entire season.

African Metropolis: Six Films from Africa
African Metropolis is a compilation of six short fiction films, set in six major African cities, a unique partnership towards new African cinema. The films from Abidjan, Cairo, Dakar, Johannesburg, Lagos and Nairobi tell urban tales about life in African metropolises with less focus on the cliché narrative of traditional, rural Africa.

Tinga Tinga Tales- The Musical
Tinga Tinga Tales is written by Claudia Lloyd, produced by Sheba Hirst, scored by Eric Wainaina and choreographed by Mkamzee Mwatela. It’s a wonderfully interactive and raucous stage musical, designed to entertain the whole family. If you haven’t seen it yet you can still catch the star studded line-up live on stage till the 17th of April. You don’t want to miss it!
