Walk thru Black History

Paa Ya Paa Arts Centre celebrates Black History Month with a range of festivities including a photo exhibit examining perti- nent moments in black history. Dr. Carter G. Woodson, founder of the Association for the Study of African American Life and His- tory, established the event in 1976 to recognise significant con- tributions to society made by people of African heritage.
