Ghazal and Geet

Renowned Indian vocalist Swati Natekar will hold court at the Oshwal Academy accompanied by Mohamed Kassam and Alpesh Moharir on 'Tabla' drums and Sandeep on the Indian fiddle 'Sarangi'. Natekar will mainly sing songs from the 'Ghazal' and 'Geet' genres. Ghazals are melodious recitations of Urdu or Farsi poems while Geets are songs in the lightest form of Indian vocal music.
