June 18th Goethe-Institute Twende Berlin is a documentary that follows Ukoo Flani and public spaces champ Upendo Hero on a trip into Berlin’s public spaces. It provides a comparative study about the possible positive or negative impact of the emerging “creative class” in both Western and African metropolises. Watch the documentary at the Goethe-Institut auditorium on June 18th from 8pm. Make sure to grab a copy of a ‘Twende Berlin’ goodies at the UP Magazine stand. |
