Dela is certainly poised to be a leading trend setter and leader in the world of afro-soul. This gifted singer, songwriter and performing artist started performing at 7 years of age and continued singing through Primary and High School.

Having performed for a while as a backup singer for some of the leading musicians in Kenya, she branched out into her solo career in 2009. Dela’s sound is an edgy soulful mix of Afro, Neo-Soul, Reggae and Hiphop.
