Live music in Nairobi is growing and Nairobi Live is taking it to a whole new level by hosting the celebrated Afro-fusion singer,“Winyo”. His stage name is the Luo word for “bird” and his sweet melodies will have you wishing he could sing all day everyday. Winyo plays the guitar and will be backed by a band, so expect sweet Afro fusion and jazz music as well as traditional harmonies on Thursday evening. Swahili, English and Luo never sounded this good.
